18 hours of elite on-ice instruction dedicated to becoming a better defenceman! Train each week this spring for an hour and a half to develop the skating, puck skills and decision-making that elite defencemen possess. Players learn new skills and tactics each week and how to apply them in specific game situations.

We focus on the individual skating and puck skills all good defencemen possess and then teach players to use these skills effectively in game situations. 8 hours of defence-specific, on-ice instruction.
