Warranty

All Bronko Belts are warranted against defects in manufacturing and workmanship under normal use and maintenance without alterations. Our conditions for product warranty are as follows:

  • The Bronko Belt must have been purchased from a BRONKO HOCKEY AUTHORIZED DEALER.

  • The warranty for the Bronko Belt is 365 days from the date of purchase by consumer.

  • The consumer must have their original receipt from the dealer as proof of purchase. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard etc. will not be accepted. Bronko Belts returned for warranty without proof of purchase will not be warranted.

  • Due to the inherent nature of hand-made products, color or shape variations within our acceptable range or minor visual inconsistencies in the Bronko Belt may exist. Such occurrences do not affect the performance of the Bronko Belt and are not cause for warranty replacement.

  • This warranty does not cover any representation or warranty made by dealers beyond the provisions of this warranty.

  • Bronko Hockey cannot guarantee the warranty of your Bronko Belt until it is inspected and determined to be under warranty. In some cases it may be necessary to return or ship the defective Bronko Belt to Bronko Hockey.

  • The cost to the consumer of shipping a defective Bronko Belt to Bronko Hockey for warranty inspection will be reimbursed by Bronko Hockey, up to a maximum of $40 CDN, if the product is found to be covered by the warranty. In all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

  • Bronko Hockey reserves the right to repair, replace or refund, at our option, any Bronko Belt or Bronko Belt component (weight pack, training weight, waist belt or mesh carry bag) determined to be defective.

  • If, in Bronko Hockey’s determination, product failure is due to accident, abuse, negligence or abnormal use, the Bronko Belt will not be covered by this or any other warranty.

  • Bronko Belts are limited to a one-time replacement.
