Bronko Skills Center Subscriptions

You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below regarding using the Bronko Skills Center and purchasing a subscription. 

The subscription you have registered for is available to you for a time period of 1 year, from date of registration. After this date, you will no longer be able to access the service without renewing your subscription. There are areas of the website that include user submitted content.  We reserve the right to remove any content from the website.  Content that is insulting or offensive to anyone is not accepted. By accessing the Bronko Skills Center, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

PRICING/PAYMENTS 
Due to the nature of the subscription service, all sales are final. There are no refunds or early cancellations. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the one-year billing cycle. If you do not wish to renew automatically you may disable auto renew in the My Account section. The number of videos in any given subscription will remain constant or increase over time. However, individual videos may be updated or replaced from time to time without notice. You agree to pay the fees for the subscription service that you purchase and hereby authorize us to charge your PayPal account OR credit card for such fees.

REGISTRATION
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account, Username, and Password (collectively, “Your Account”) and for all activities associated with or occurring under Your Account. You represent and warrant that Your Account information will be accurate at all times. You must notify Us (a) immediately of any unauthorized use of Your Account and any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that You exit from Your Account at the end of each use of the Services. To the extent permissible under applicable law, we cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with the foregoing requirements or as a result of use of Your Account, either with or without Your knowledge, prior to Your notifying Us of unauthorized access to Your Account. You must register for your own account. You may not transfer Your Account to any other person. You may not share your Account or use anyone else’s Account at any time. Password protection measures have been implemented to prevent sharing login credentials. Sharing your log in credentials may result in a suspension from the service.

REFUNDS
Due to the fact that your subscription videos are available immediately once payment has been received, there are NO REFUNDS once a purchase is made. Refunds for clinics and other Bronko Hockey products must be submitted through our Contact Us form.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Bronko Hockey Inc, its directors, officers, agents, employees, collaborators, representatives or any person appearing in a Bronko Hockey Training video or content be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, including legal fees, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract, tort or otherwise, arising from access to, or use of, this Website subscription service or any content or information obtained therein.
